Walls are thick and sound proof, which is hard to find in NYC apartments. Doormen, maintenance and package center staff are extremely nice and helpful. In-unit washer drier is amazing. Maintenance is quick to respond, usually less than 24hrs to come and fix issue. Overall really like the place, but the increase in rent is ridiculous and unaffordable. The mgmt is unresponsive to emails and charge a ridiculous amount to access amenities. $70/month pp and if you live with roommates all of them have to pay for amenities. Tried to increase rent by $800 - this place is nice but not nearly worth that amount increase. Amenities are nice too but also unaffordable and leasing office is terrible to respond or be accommodating. This is a solid building but please try to take into consideration the demographic of people who live here when charging such a high amount for rent. It’s unaffordable for those only a few years out of college.

The mailroom and the doormen are all great. The maintenance crew is also responsive whenever There's an issue. The building mgmt is a little all over the place. also hot water will sometimes just not work at night without warning.

Maintenance and trash service is Great. Construction noice and Elevator Maintenance isn't great as it’s constantly going on. Lovely front desk staff! Older hallways and broken elevators. Repair elevators and keep package room open for emergencies 24/7 if needed for specific situations.

Loved everything about living at 67 wall. The rooftop, bar, lounge, gym really can not be beat. The doorman are amazing and make you feel at home. mgmt isn't perfect but overall responsive Amenity fee after first year was heavy but not surprising given all that’s included. The location has a lot of turnover I don’t see how you would live there for too long Be nicer to your doormen, they are the life of the building and their frustration with mgmt is sad to see!
