Location is Guperb, quiet street for the most part. Super is helpful and responsive. The price is exorbitant given You've got no amenities (washer dryer, public/private outdoor space, etc) Allow rooftop access

Great neighborhood. Historic cemetery across the street is sometimes open on weekends. Landlord won't make repairs. Roof leaks. Water pressure sucks. Heat is provided only when legally need to and only at minimum need to temperature. Building has no elevator. Try acting like a human being.

Overall a solid building to live in. It's well kept, quiet, no significant issues with the unit and repairs are done fairly quickly. Laundry in the basement is a plus. location's amazing! Only issue is sometimes the unit can get hot when the outside temperature requires the furnace to be running even when it could be turned off
