Pros: Lovely and spacious prewar apartment. Closets galore. It is a walk up so anything after the third floor is a commitment, but the super is extremely responsive and the neighbors are great. Near the express 123, trader joe’s and great neighborhood restaurants Cons: Floors are creaky so you can hear footsteps from above and noise definitely travels easily.

Pros: I loved the area and how close it is to central park and subway! It was very clean and newly renovated and the super was very responsive and kind. Cons: There was a minor roach issue. Nothing people experienced living in NY cannot handle.
