Pros: Amenities are great, maintenance is really responsive, and its a really safe / clean place to libe Cons: The Neighborhood is not the best, not a lot of food option nor nightlife in the area Advice to landlord: N/A

Pros: Overall a lovely luxury building in FiDi with solid amenities, conveniently located near several subway lines Friendly staff, nice to have a separate package room Nice floors and kitchens Cons: Rent was pretty high for the small 1BR + home office space, and there is a separate amenities fee as well Some issues with cockroaches during our tenancy The apt was not very well-insulated, esp as our windows faced Wall St and we could hear a ton of noise throughout the day/night. Also there was definitely a draft which made it extremely cold in the winter

Unit APT 7B Pros: Great staff (love the doormen and maintanence crew); appreciate the cleanliness of the building and newer amenities and vibe of the building/decor. Great shared spaces. Cons: I find management to not be the most helpful and I wish I had a bit more light Advice to landlord: Better communication on changes around the building

Pros: great management and concierge, great amenities, giant gym Cons: not very diverse at all, neighbors aren't too friendly either. The noise blocking isn't great.

Pros: Location. Amenities. Building management/staff. Cons: Slow elevators. Very crowded building so gym can get packed at peak times. Constant building facade work and reparations with scaffolding in the entrance.

Pros: beautiful building, felt safe here thanks to the amazing doorman. repairs were addressed very quickly and my building felt cozy. Cons: none, i had a good experience my year of living here

Pros: Clean apartments with nice appliances. Amazing doormen and maintenance staff. Cons: Management/owner doesn’t care how long you’ve been living there or if you’ve been a good tenant, they will raise your rent considerably each year. No loyalty to good tenants. Advice to landlord: Maybe stop being so greedy with money

Pros: Friendly doormen and staff. Maintenance team is very responsive. Cons: Overpriced. Some alts have not been renovated and are being charged equal or more than other bldgs that are newer. Advice to landlord: Give existing tenants incentives to stay as you do with new tenants.
