Pros: The building is located in a great street, very quiet and calm. The super and the cleaning team do a good job. Neighbors are usually very friendly. Cons: Management is poor, any delivery service will leave your packages in the lobby where a tenant steals them, your package can be delivered at less than 10 minutes later it will be stolen, management won't do anything about it. Advice to landlord: Create an area where delivery services can drop off packages and be safely stored.

Unit 44 Pros: Nice neighbors, small / not busy street, felt engrained in a community. Clean building, functional elevator, and beautiful roof views. Cons: Had a mice problem for a while

Pros: Staff does a great job managing garbage and cleaning the hallways. Cons: Package thieves run rampant. Advice to landlord: Get a package locker.

Pros: Very quite, no thin walls, minimal pests. Nice and roaches in summer but not infestation. Great street. Cons: Package theft. Any package will be stolen, guaranteed no exception. Building and police reluctant to help. Lived in the building three years. Advice to landlord: Arrest and remove your criminal tenants.
