Pros: The building management is very responsive and overall things are well maintained Cons: It's VERY noisy. Since it's near the hospitals, there are often ambulances and there's a looot of street traffic and noise. I had to train myself to sleep through the noise

Pros: Building is in a solid location, well-maintained and clean, apartments are spacious and the maintenance staff is hardworking and friendly. Cons: There are far too many noisy and irresponsible fresh out of college kids who treat it like a dorm and have no respect or consideration for neighbors. Parties and noise happen all week long with little courtesy.

Pros: Always clean. Quick to respond to maintenance requests. Cons: A few of the doormen are very rude, which sours this review. It’s unfortunate because most of them are amazing but the very few rude ones are so horrible it can ruin your day. Laundry room gets dirty sometimes.

Pros: Responsive management, sophisticated tenant resources such as an intranet to sell or give things to other tenants within the building Cons: Noisy sometimes as it’s a lot of young people so there were often parties on weekends. Did find roaches a couple of times.

Pros: The doormen are absolutely fantastic, the common roof is unbeatable, and the price was within reason. Cons: Cockroaches only a weekly basis, didn’t have gas (which affected the stove and dishwasher) for four months while living there. Management did nothing about this and refused to offer tenants any form of rent reduction. If it wasn’t for these two massive issues, I would have stayed a few more years. But I lived there two years and a quarter of that I couldn’t use majority of my kitchen.
