Unit 6K Pros: – The location is convenient – The apartment itself was decent Cons: – Communication felt abrupt and unprofessional – No flexibility around normal life situations like guests – Policy enforcement was inconsistent and reactive – Overall stressful experience Advice to landlord: Please consider improving how you communicate and enforce policies. A little clarity, flexibility, and respect would go a long way toward keeping tenants happy and avoiding unnecessary conflict.

Unit 5E Pros: Have lived here for a few years, generally happy with it. Nice building, beautiful lobby, helpful staff. Cons: Occasional plumbing issues, but usually they get fixed. There was a roach issue a few months after I moved in, but it was solved with a liberal application of Vendetta (a bait gel that I strongly recommend). Laundry machines are expensive. Advice to landlord: not really

Unit 9L Pros: Large staff. Great building manager. Rent is a great value, especially for neighborhood and views of park. Cons: I would suggest cameras in the halls but I’m not sure if that’s legal. Some bathrooms need to start being updated.

Pros: Very quiet - you typically cannot hear your neighbors. Cons: Management isn't perfect, but still on top of it.

Pros: Nice friendly staff Great new building manager- far more professional Clean and well run Cons: Very dated lobby compared to other local options. Greedy management company Air conditioning just ok not great Hall carpet cleaning was better . Hopefully will improve Advice to landlord: Adjust with the times, see value in long term tenants. Listen to your tenants, took too long to remove previous building manager. Owners viewed as greedy and short sighted

Pros: Large apartments and nice building staff Cons: The resident manager and the management company are clueless. This is a complete and total Mickey Mouse operation! Advice to landlord: Rewrite your lease, it is a hodgepodge of conflicting pages that have been cut and paste from multiple versions. Please hire competent people in your office, the unfitness of your management staff to accomplish the simplest of tasks is astounding! Additionally, the property manager goes out of her way to be rude and insulting as well as discriminatory with no legal basis.
