Pros: Spacious and right near the park and A train! Cons: Super goes through your trash and publicly shamed people by putting their mail up on the wall for not recycling properly. I even saw that he put someone’s prescription meds bottle up on the shelf by the trash because they didn’t recycle it which is totally wrong Advice to landlord: Stop going through trash
