Small building so it’s a bit quieter. Where do I begin. You've got 5 laundry machines in the building but only one works. The roof has been leaking for a year and mgmt refuses to fix it. Water shut off with no warning. Etc… Get your property together and stop being negligent. I’m tired of calling 311 every couple weeks.
