Unit 11E Pros: Rent not too bad, spacious area. Packages system efficient. Cons: Landlord / Super EXTREMELY helpless - and main reason I moved out - Never responded to calls or emails - By the end of our lease we had emailed him saying that we weren't staying and his email inbox was FULL because he never opens anything Advice to landlord: Implement a different Super / Super that may be a little more motivated

Pros: Very clean and have never had any bug problems, central heat and air, good views, helpful and responsive staff, laundry room Cons: Overpriced, amenities are not always accessible, thin walls and windows, can’t control temperature of heat and ac
