Pros: Doorman were lovely, place always smelled great, everything was clean, maintenance was on time Cons: Far from everything, place got too expensive

Pros: I liked my experience here. Pretty quiet and well-maintained building with good amenities (roof deck and gym are great). Cons: Only thing I didn't really love was the location. Neighborhood isn't the best and it's not super close to the subway.

Pros: Reasonably priced, great amenities, friendly staff. Cons: Traffic on 11th Ave at rush hour gets really noisy.

Pros: Great management, very quiet, timely responses, nice amenities Cons: Very far from subways; street smells awful with many pets in area/building

Pros: Rooftop views, space Cons: Management (and often the doormen) are extremely rude and will not work with you on things like move-in times, deliveries, etc., walls are very thin, amenities fob never worked (despite the hefty amenities fee), multiple arbitrary deductions from security deposit Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants with more respect and consideration

Pros: Amazing resident enrichment programs, generally great doormen and staff, pet friendly, clean premises, feels safe, free commuter shuttle Cons: Plumbing and ventilation can be an issue, one or two surly doormen, can get cold and dry in winter Advice to landlord: Fire Eddie

Unit 1503 Pros: Clean modern and well maintained apartments. Great value for the cost. Cons: The location is rough and the congestion from the Lincoln Tunnel can be really awful during rush hour and it generates a ton of noise pollution from honking.

Unit 225 Pros: rooftop, amenities overall, nice layout very luxurious Cons: onces you move in management will take forever to get back to you about any problem. they fix everything within one day is super fast. Advice to landlord: take care of ypur current residents and not only the onces you are trying to close to move in

Pros: Rooftop is nice but amenity fee went up. Building staff are mostly nice. Cons: Management ignores any complaints, there’s constantly work being done, fixtures in apartments are cheap. It’s an overpriced mediocre building with unfriendly neighbors & horrible management Advice to landlord: Respond to your tenants

Pros: Very clean. Big and nice amenities. Very modern look. Cons: Front desk people can be rude. Advice to landlord: Hire nicer people
