I am about to check myself into the mental hospital because of the nonstop construction. This is easily the worst building in all of New York: extremely sketchy situations, like fights breaking out in the lobby; elevators breaking down all the time; and like I said, the construction is UNBEARABLE, even for New York standards. Awful place.

Management does not exist and will not fix, compensate, or respond if there are major health and safety issues. Multiple residents getting attorneys for poor living conditions such as constant disruptive noise, gas leaks, black stuff in the water, AC/Heater issues, etc.
