Pros: The rent was really affordable until we were kicked out. Then I had no home. Cons: The house was falling apart and Columbia would only fix serious damages and then leveraged those damages against us. Advice to landlord: Value history. Aubergine was one of the last artist houses in the city and you ended that to make more dorms…
