Pros: Back of building is quiet, windows in every room. Good water pressure. Cons: Management is unresponsive and does not care. Residents litter the halls and stairwells. Advice to landlord: Communication.

Pros: Close to subway and other major forms of transportation Cons: Old, pest infested, under renovation and transition of ownership
