Unit 41 Pros: location. working washer/dryer Cons: location, its loud, noisy, we haven't had a working over for 4 months, they keep adding on late fees for an increase we TOLD the management that they are improperly charging us as we have a 2 year lease. Had to pay for my own exterminate as the Mickey Mouse club was all up in my clothes and bed. Hope you know some DIY cuz the lazy maintenance dude don't do anything Advice to landlord: Don't be a landlord if you don't want to properly manage your property

Unit 42 Pros: Cheaper than most buildings. Cons: Pests (roaches and mice) Unfixed water damage Water shut off without notice Inconsistent landlord communication Inaccurate rental balance statements Advice to landlord: Communicate with your tenants via email, send rent receipts, and do better.

Pros: -Good water temp Cons: -No laundry -Not well maintained or cleanly -Unresponsive/unwilling super -No secure place for packages
