Pros: Generally quiet, never had issues with packages getting stolen. Cons: Consistent issues with mice, the rooms are uneven (I can't use a rolling chair in my bedroom)

Pros: Cheap rent, good location, big apartment Cons: Horrible management, not responsive, electrical problem in building, some appliances didn’t work

Pros: beautiful apartments and lovely open spaces Cons: had a mouse situation that was not well resolved during the winter but went away in spring and was fixed eventually with pest control
