Pros: The super is really helpful. The street is pretty quiet and the soundproofing of the unit is quite good. Laundry in the basement is convenient. Cons: Had a lot of issues with roaches and pigeon droppings. The location is far away from transit. The building is old, especially the hallway could use some renovation.

Pros: The block is very quiet and mostly clean. Building Super is very nice and helpful. Apartment is in good condition. Cons: Laundry room is shared by multiple buildings, so depending on the building you live in, you may have to walk over a couple buildings to access. 1 BR Apartments are very small, minimal closet/storage space.

Pros: The super is great and neighbors are nice and respectful. Some even became good friends! Cons: The landlords will not respond to you directly unless they need something. They refused to negotiate during the pandemic when one neighbor organized a big group zoom call and invited landlords. Advice to landlord: Be straightforward and listen to people who turn apartments into their homes. They’re not there just to serve you. You must serve and respect that they are calling your space home.
