Pros: Renovated and very clean. Live in super is great Cons: Walk up. Roof leaks on top floor

Pros: Beautifully redone. New appliance and kitchens. Great natural light in bedrooms. The owner is great, really helpful and responsive. Cons: Water pressure could be a bit better. Not bad though. Advice to landlord: No advice for owner.
