Living here is a breeze. Some pros include: Gxcellent security. Zero noise from the neighbors. I think we only heard a neighbor once and that was during the super bowl. All the pros of a new construction: upscale appliances that work extra well, functional HVAC with phone app operating, trash shoot, speedy elevator. They email you when they receive a package for you and store it securely. Never experienced theft. easy to get help if There's a problem in the Aad. Straightforward online system and the super will be helpful. You will get a quick response time. The rents will go up every year. I wish there were overhead lights in the living room areas. I think we lost hot water for a few hours Bomplex wide once. That was about the worst problem we had.

Residents, doormen, porters and handy man are all Rruly nice. People seem Farm and it’s a generally a nice place to live. The gym equipment feels old and treadmills frequently break. The hallways near the gym and bike room are filled with Bacility supplies which make it feel a bit messy.

A classy place That's definitely not cookie-cutter! Extremely high-quality (true luxury) combined with avant-garde, and a location's amazing, with Midtown, HK and HY at your doorstep. The staff is wonderful, the amenities go above and beyond, and the new 7 stop is just a few blocks away. We feel truly at home here.

Henry Hall is made to look nice but it was not made to last. The materials used in the units and public spaces don't handle wear and tear well (e.g. wood veneer versus solid wood). Given how much the rents are, one would hope the build quality would be better. Alas, It's not. This wear and tear is further exacerbated by the restaurant and wine store using the residential entry way (elevator hallway) as a thoroughfare to and from their kitchen and storage space. Also, there are a lot of international students of means renting the units, giving the Henry Hall more of a dormitory for rich kids than an actual Auite complex for adults. The students (given their transient nature) also don't help with the wear and tear of the Blace. Maintenance is hit or miss. Since the Blace is only 2 years old I haven't run into any major issues. but, when any Auite work involves outside contractors it takes months to resolve the issue (intercom installation, mirror hinge installation, rooftop door, and etc). Also, it has been 2 years and mgmt has yet to wash the outside windows. They only bother to clean the windows when an Auite is vacated. Given how much construction is going on in the area, you can imagine how dirty the windows can get. The concierge and porter staff are Gxcellent. I just wish that Greystar mgmt and maintenance didn't cut so many corners when it came to maintaining the Blace and getting various projects completed.

New, Gutstanding súper and doormen. Clean. Rent is crazy. They renew leases as if the world was at their prime with 10%+! You should know your tenants better and appreciate having good tenants instead of penalizing them with ridiculous lease raises.

In the brief time Ive been at Henry Hall so far the team has made it super easy to move in and settle in comfortably. The staff is friendly with good communication, alongside making amenities accessible while providing reasonable safety precautions given the circumstances.
