Growing neighborhood adjacent to hudson yards. Good building with a lot more potential than it ever meets. No community/community building, poor upkeep with community property, and disorganization with daily staff consistently leads to frustration.

RUN DON'T WALK! Henry Hall is mismanaged by buffoons. The current "community" manager looks down her nose residents, is an inconsiderate, rude, pretentious individual whose only concern is renting empty apartments and disregarding current residents. The resident manager is a pompous, useless body who sits in his office playing solitaire during working hours. He thinks he is funny and a know it all but in reality he is a jerk living rent free while not lifting a finger to do any type of work. The building is mismanaged, there have been 5 "community" managers in 5 years and several resident managers; speak volumes about Greystar. Henry Hall is a fancy housing project which has become decrepit over the years. The hall way rugs have never been professionally cleaned since they were installed. The refuse rooms are disgusting. A non-smoking building reeks of weed and cigarettes. Constant harassment, intimidation, fights, bullying among residents which Henry Hall management refuses to acknowledge and remediate because they would rather see the tenants get evicted over an altercation. Ignorant, belligerent, rude, disrespectful individuals continue to run Henry Hall into the ground. As long as Greystar sends there entry-level employees this place will continue to be run into the ground.

Residents, doormen, porters and handy man are all very nice. People seem friendly and it’s a generally a nice place to live. The gym equipment feels old and treadmills frequently break. The hallways near the gym and bike room are filled with building supplies which make it feel a bit messy.

Junkie neighborhood is littered with used needles - 10th Ave is just like living on a 6 lane expressway. Rude shortsighted Greystarliving management an absolute mess x ten. Rooftop Now surrounded by Ultra high buildings blocking Hudson River views.

It's a beautiful building and everyone on the staff is so friendly! All of the doormen are wonderful. After several tours of other buildings in the area that were so/so on customer service, Henry Hall was a breath of fresh air!

We have lived at Henry Hall for over 4 years. Our apartment has not only great appliances, a nice layout, and an amazing view but the quietness is so awesome! The staff here are very friendly, and the amenities, such as the gym, are fantastic. On top of that, we were able to easily integrate our new dog into the apartment and community!

We love Henry Hall! Gorgeous views of both the city and the Hudson, and it's just so unique. Where else do you have an in-building karaoke room and speakeasy? Not to mention room service wine from the store on the ground floor. What else could you want?
