Pros: Extremely clean building, updated appliance and spacious units. Doormen are very friendly and matinence is responsive to needs Cons: Area is not my fav. Can get noisy at times but worth it to be for the building Advice to landlord: None

Pros: Awesome doormen and maintenance requests are handled super promptly. Overall a great place to live. Cons: Some of the hallways had a smell and sometimes could hear noise through the walls.

Pros: Well maintained building with great doormen. Never had any issues with packages and build quality is solid. Cons: Kitchen vent fan could work better.

Pros: Respectful and friendly front desk, package safety, quick maintenance, well maintained building and apartments, sound proofed windows. Cons: Restrictions on using the roof for parties, no bbq allowed

Unit 505 Pros: This place is amazing and I’m sad to leave. Doormen couldn’t be nicer, building is stunning, safe area, close to trains, amenities and my unit was rent stabilized. Cons: Hudson Yards isn’t a great area for young people Advice to landlord: Nothing!

Pros: Friendly doormen, maintenance request are handled fairly quickly, decent gym Cons: Can be very noisy due to being next to the tunnel + construction often going on in the area

Pros: Very spacious living and bedrooms. Front desk is very responsive and the maintenance is handled same day Cons: Did not have access to the terrace for 7 months due to scaffolding after being told it would be a couple of weeks at most.
