Unit 17G Pros: This is the prime spot in the West Village, and the apartments have amazing natural light, hardwood floors, and recently updated appliances. Genuinely loved this space Cons: The building itself is very old and the staircase is a bit crooked / unkempt. There were also some communication / delay in service issues with management. The building is being renovated so some of these issues will be resolved. Advice to landlord: N/A

Pros: Location. Heart of West Village Cons: There is no one to contact for repairs or complaints. They’ve made the apartments look ok but the infrastructure is ancient. Pipes are constantly leaking, fuses are constantly blowing. Heat is either boiling or non existent. When the landlord does show his face, he is abusive and insulting. Advice to landlord: Stop being a slum lord. Take care of your building.
