Pros: Great water pressure. Quiet street. Cons: Mice, roaches, graffiti on the building facade, lack of heat in winter, lots of Air BnB rooms.

Pros: The water pressure is great though not always hot and the mice can sleep in quiet. Cons: They go through your garbage. Advice to landlord: Communicate better than Cuomo.
