Solid student housing

Pros: Clean, close to Columbia campus, responsive management Cons: Old building with spotty heat and at times semi loud street noise

Rent: $1,320/mo

Clean and prompt!

Pros: Renovated around 2014-2015 which left it very clean, owners were always responsive Cons: Elevator always felt precarious but that's not unusual in NYC Advice to landlord: Keep it up!
