Pros: Spacious apartment Great location to trains, restaurants, bars, etc. Cons: Our apartment got robbed because the management company gave people keys to our apartment without our consent. They stole jewelry and Loyola. ZERO trash maintenance. Roaches were a regular sighting. Advice to landlord: Be better. You had zero regard for your tenants.
