Unit 402 Pros: Clean, Easy, never any real issues. Front desk concierge team was always kind and friendly and helpful. Cons: The rotating staff in the office means no one gets to know you. Slow to respond or understand history. Managment / Office staff seemed cold and uncaring. Advice to landlord: Work on employee wellness and retention so you can have happier employee who will stay longer term and provide better resident relations.
