Pros: I love the area and have had a great experience. The building is kept clean and has great historic charm. I adore my neighbors and having in-building laundry has been a nice amenity. Heat and electric are also covered by the building which has been a game changer. Cons: It's a little far from the subway but the bus is pretty close by. The apartments are on the smaller side and I can hear my neighbors pretty well, but true of most NYC apartments. Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work :)

Pros: - very well maintained for an older building - laundry in the building - package room and security - in-house super and porter - super safe and nice area to walk around Cons: - Bathrooms are small and older, as it is an older building - space is quite small for what you get - 15 mins walk to the Q Advice to landlord: Add ventilation in the bathrooms and clean the laundry room more.

Unit 5A Pros: Lived in this building for 8 years and while the apartment was tiny, it was homey and beautiful. The building itself is gorgeous and well-maintained. Location was very nice, close proximity to East End and Carl Schultz, quiet tree-lined street. Cons: Minor complaint, there is only one laundry room for the whole complex.
