Renovated Apace interior Broken buzzer/intercom system, horrible smells in stairway, rat infested garbage area, frequent stolen packages. Took 4-6 weeks to get a response from mgmt on anything. Rent was way not worth the price for the building and area. Hire a new mgmt company. Clean up the building trash and common areas and vacated apartments.

Awesome building with a great super (George). Building belongs to Columbia and is used for non-trad (older) undergrads and international students. No utilities complaints in the few years I was there. No much to dislike. Heat could be wonky at the beginning of winter. N/A
