Pros: Solid place, old building, no problem with bugs or rats. Cons: No central air, dorm style

Pros: Quiet, clean, nice bedrooms Nice super Cons: Kitchen can pretty much only fit 1 person “Living room” is laughable, it’s 2 chairs facing a wall Heating bangs in the winter, you may have to turn it off if you want to sleep The biggest problem is that it’s managed by the university. They’re an incompetent owner who will try to evict whoever they want whenever they want. Beware Advice to landlord: Try to respect your tenants

Pros: Awesome building with a great super (George). Building belongs to Columbia and is used for non-trad (older) undergrads and international students. No utilities complaints in the few years I was there. Cons: No much to dislike. Heat could be wonky at the beginning of winter. Advice to landlord: N/A

Pros: Get building, well maintained, and everything functioned properly Cons: Warped floors in some units Advice to landlord: None! Loved my time here
