Unit 12A3 Pros: Close to train stations Building has decent amenities Cons: Amenities are outdated Has pest problems Building has been under renovation for years. Units are old, but still over priced. The ones that are “renovated” are cheaply and quickly done. It’s not actual luxury. Area is almost as bad as time square Advice to landlord: Stop the half-ass band-aid renovations with laminate tiles and crown molding that has cracks in it. Actually invest in the building and stop trying to make a quick buck. Maybe ppl would want to stay longer and pay more?

Pros: Nice amenities, beautiful rooftop views Cons: Surrounding area sucks and noise level is high. Was on 10th floor and had roaches

Pros: - Staff was very friendly and generally on it - AC worked decent - Elevators were good - Package room - Electronics door lock Cons: - Garbage room got pretty piled up near end of days - Very old and weird kitchen - Busy area below, even on high floors the noise carries - Rooftop bar nearby is loud on Friday/Saturday

Pros: great amenities for the price (no amenities fee). always enjoyed taking guests to the lounge. Cons: elevator buttons dont light up. lots of students. lots of dust.
