Unit 834 Pros: The Caledonia is a well maintained building in a great location in West Chelsea. We've really enjoyed all of the building staff - they are incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offer package delivery to your unit, for example. Another great benefit is that there is an Equinox gym in the retail level of the building with a private elevator for building residents and discounted monthly memberships. Cons: Our unit is South facing the Chelsea Market, so there is not a lot of natural light in the unit. Also, there are some things that a little bit outdated in the unit for being a luxury building, such as the bathroom sink and kitchen finishes. Overall, the cons of the building is that you are paying a premium rent due to the location and could probably get more value elsehwere.

Pros: Amazing management, very clean, quiet, great amenities. Cons: Very Expensive, sometimes a lot of tourists by Chelsea market. The renters roof room has been unavailable for the past few months. The working spaces / printer are nice to have but I don't use since there arent windows.

Pros: Beautiful building & great, spacious apartments Nice amenities (rooftop, common room, business room, garden) Cons: Bad service for the price of monthly fees Concierge loose packages, building is so big that they have trouble keeping up Doorpeople do not open door Bad block, surrounded by projects Attached to highline but no access to highline from building So many people that you are always in the elevator with delivery people Advice to landlord: Too much turnover with workers, get some consistent workers to help with the service, get rid of doorpeople if they are not going to open door

Pros: Beautiful building, great location, helpful staff Cons: They just implemented a regime of fines for all sorts of things in the building with no description of how people will be deemed in violation of rules or what an appeals process would be. Advice to landlord: Get a life
