Unit 405 Pros: Quaint nice building very nice staff in a quiet nice neighborhood Cons: Pest infestation, lots of complaints about mice and roaches. Lived for 3 years in a studio and saw many roaches mostly from the war…
Pros: Good location, kept away from midtown craziness. Cons: Water could get a little gross... didn't wanna drink from it. Drains get clogged and really gross really easily
Unit 808 Pros: Good location. Fair rent. Responsive landlord. Quiet and peaceful location. Cons: Windows are beautiful but single pane. In the winter more winterization was required to keep out the cold.
