Pros: The neighbors are lovely to start off with. Really started feeling like a community right when I moved in. From there, the building itself is kept up pretty well. With being a New York Apartment, it is known that there is give and take. Definitely think I got more take then I had to give!! Cons: The floors in my studio were not done super well. Due to this, the started almost peeling?
