Unit 2C Pros: Excellent responsiveness for super. Laundry units always available Cons: Almost no natural sunlight in non-corner units. Extremely unresponsive management company and very difficult application process.

Pros: lived here for 2.5 years and loved it. living space was a bit small but overall a good apt with good management. exterminator sign up list once a month which was great and the super was always responsive and helpful Cons: some issues with neighbors with noise but we were able to resolve with management

Pros: Great super. Decent location. Elevator is fast. Cons: Floors and walls are thin. Upstairs neighbor can make your life miserable. Management is mostly unhelpful.

Pros: Well maintained, attentive and responsive super, clean, laundry on each floor Cons: Does not get a ton of sunlight given the street it faces - other than that, it is great. Advice to landlord: none

Pros: Super is very responsive and helpful. Laundry rooms are always working and clean. Cons: Basement heat can be excessive. There is sometimes a very bad garbage smell in the hallways.

Pros: The apartment itself is nice. There's lots of useful things nearby, close to 86th street. Cons: The floors are too thin. This means you can hear everything from the people above and below you. It can be really annoying.

Pros: Nice location? Super is nice. Cons: Very muggy and poor ventilation. I had to run a dehumidifier 24 hours a day during the summer it was disgusting. Literally had to dump gallons of water every day. Walls are super thin. Bugs! Sad it seemed like a nice building, was really eager to move out.
