Unit 3 Pros: - cleaned very consistently - trash removal consistently - barely any bugs, occasional roaches but pretty normal Cons: - super is kind of rude and unresponsive, same with management - can be very loud/feels dorm-like - busy street

Pros: Modern finishes, cute spot for roomies Cons: Our walls leaked once, with water streaming down inside the living room. Management came and fixed it though
