Pros: good doormen great units w/ floor to ceiling windows large apartments good for roommates Cons: k-town loud neighborhood & building is next to 2 strip clubs unclear is gym is ever cleaned

Pros: - Great location for work - Roof top lounge - Mini gym, pool, sauna - Clean, well-maintained - Friendly doormen Cons: - AC is loud - Street noise, even with double paned windows

Pros: The leasing process is nice. Location is awesome Cons: Nothing in particular, leasing office can respond faster but once you get a hold of them they are friendly

Pros: Everything about living in this building is great, especially the doormen are awesome Cons: The leasing office doesn't respond very often, hard to communicate
