Pros: cost is great, having an elevator, doormen and a gym is so nice! Cons: cant bring your own furniture we had to fight with the super to get our broken fridge replaced for about 5-7 days

Unit 10H Pros: Great location, well maintained, great amenities, affordable, quiet, clean. Cons: Only for medical students associated with Mount Sinai. Significant restrictions (e g no guests allowed in the building) during COVID. All apartments require living with 3-5 roommates, no housing for couples or families.
