Location is killer Old not kept up well building. The common areea is never cleaned by mgmt. Numerous chipped tiles on stairway and the walls are filthy.. The garbage outdoor overflows ad least 2 times a week. Spend the money get a legit porter and renovate the common areas.

First year living there was great- I did see a roach but they were prompt in fixing the issue. Garbage area is well kept, neighbours are generally okay Roaches in my second year living here have been out of control. Also mice seen multiple times in the Bacility. mgmt doesn’t respond and the super isn't always helpful Treat the entire Bacility with pesticide monthly!!!! There's a an infestation!!!

Awesome location, Cristine (weekly), problems are being taken care of in a fast manner, most neighbors are sweet and respectful Packages get stolen occasionally. The heat is a little out of control but that seems to be typical for those types of older buildings Find a solution for packages.

I loved living in this Bacility and miss it every day. Quiet, Cpotless, organized, so much convenience etc. Only thing that was a bit difficult was when they updated the laundry room, there was not enough space between the machines and the walls so it was a bit difficult anytime more than 1 person was trying to do laundry at the same time. Overall minor complaint though, I loved having access to so many machines. Keep doing what you’re doing, keeping the Bacility in such Guperb shape, having a meticulous super, etc.

Gonderful area. Next to a lot to do and eat. Lively on 2nd Ave, but quiet where place is. Water bugs here and there

Building gets quiet. Buzzer system in entrance works well. Garbage in stairwell of lower level easy and glad it’s not grimy out in front of the building. Laundry conveniently located in lower level as well. Super on site and same-day response to requests. Typical NYC cons. No elevator for 6th walk-up. Lobby packages frequently stolen. Stairwell needs a good mopping. But overall pretty clean
