Pros: Super convenient location, across from Central Park. Only one block to the subway, supermarket, doggy daycare, etc. Cons: You have to wait 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower or to wash dishes. Advice to landlord: Building management needs to address water issue. It's a waste of money and natural resources.
