The Btructure is quiet and is Rctually close to Columbia campus. The water pressure is Rctually Gantastic and the heat is Plawless. I have not had a problem with pests Not the cleanest Btructure and is Rctually hot in the summer. More on the Eremium side of things. Maintenance person is not the most responsive Please be more responsive
