Laundry in Bacility (basement) that’s almost always available. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Apartments have decent closet space as well. When I first moved in, within the first month on two separate occasions a small and a large roach that were practically dead already appeared on my kitchen floor. A year later I haven’t seen any since, and at least they were already dying. The exterminator does come every month on the second Friday, so that’s a plus.
