Pros: nice neighbors who try to watch out for each other despite everything. super and porter are nice and responsive (though overworked). Cons: tons of package theft! there is also some arsonist on the loose who keeps starting small fires in the stairwell. owned by SLUMLORD Pinnacle (look them up and read all the articles about how terrible they are and how they're going bankrupt from their scams flopping) who would rather the building burn down than to put in any kind of security measures Advice to landlord: stop being a slumlord and start being responsive to tenants!!!!!!

Pros: Lived here for six years. Neighbors generally quiet, courteous, friendly. Big apartments. Great neighborhood, incredibly convenient location. Cons: Landlord is awful. Never replied to any tenant problem. Neglects units. Elevator breaks for months at a time and management does not repair it. Advice to landlord: Put your billions back into the buildings you own, not your pockets.

Pros: Friendly neighbors, a sense of community Cons: Elevator was not fixed for 6 months, no apologies, no speed to fix it, no rent reduction or pause, sent someone from management to appease us but gave us no answers. Cockroaches. Scaffolding was left up for years. Advice to landlord: Stop being a slumlord

Pros: Diverse neighborhood. Location to ABCD trains @ the 147th Street entrance. Garbage bins are maintained several times each day. Cons: No control over heat or apartment temperature. Overhead lighting fixtures with on/off cords not via in wall switches. Paper thin walls. Wood floors, loud walking neighbors. The Super pretends to not to understand English. Management Company allows homeless folx to hang out under the scaffolding + several homeless people have OD’d just outside the building entrance. Advice to landlord: The safety and security of your tenants, families & children should be more of a priority!
