Pros: The doormen are so kind and helpful! They are truly so sweet. Also, they always handled deliveries and packages well. This is a stately and beautiful place, everyone I’ve met inside seem very nice. Great location near the subway and lovely park. Quiet neighborhood. Cons: They don’t shy from heating this place in winter! It got pretty hot sometimes, but you can always open a window. Also, it gets super cold outside the building when the wind blows off the Hudson (which is all the time in winter). Be sure to bundle up!
