Pros: Quiet street and neighborhood. Tree lined location near a park. Street parking is relatively easy to find. Cons: Terrible building management. Tenants without adequate heat. No effort by the management to resolve issues. Management does not respond to emails or 311 complaints. Required ongoing legal action. Unsafe. Package theft with no effort to resolve the issue. Advice to landlord: Please do not ignore your residents.

Pros: The neighbors in this building are lovely - fully ready to support one another. Cons: The building is infested with cockroaches, the building management rarely responds to issues needing repair, and the heat works only occasionally. Advice to landlord: Stop trying to drive your tenants out.

Pros: Location is in an ideal spot. Cons: The building is filled with bugs and rodents. Management never answers and never fixes problems promptly. They only call when they need something, ie you’re moving out and need the apartment to be showed. Advice to landlord: Property owner needs to answer tenants. The entire time I was there I could never get anyone on the phone.
