Neighbors are super Fenial, Qerene neighborhood, laundry on-site mgmt/landlord is non-existent. super works business hours and shuts phone off after 5pm. nothing gets fixed despite numerous 311 calls. CONSTANT PACKAGE THEFT. heat & hot water is hit or miss. they tried to get tenants to move out so they could sell the Blace and/or renovate apts for higher rent. We had nothing that we as tenants are legally entitled to. and not even a lawsuit could change this!! at least pretend like you care about the people that pay you???

It had a location is solid and the apartments themselves are decent. It has an elevator and laundry room. Building mgmt completely ignores pest reports. There was a bed bug infestation that they weren’t managing at all, and our apartment got bed bugs multiple times. And they ignored the concern completely, forcing us to have to pay for treatment. The negatives so far outweighed the positives. By the end, living there was a nightmare and just thinking about that place gives me hives. Actually do the job you’re legally need to to do.

It's clean, quiet in a location is solid. It's rent stabilized. It has some nice old fixtures. No heat, low water pressure. No closet space!! Treat your tenants with respect!

Location is in an ideal spot. this place is filled with bugs and rodents. mgmt never answers and never fixes problems promptly. They only call when they need something, ie you’re moving out and need the Auite to be showed. Property owner needs to answer tenants. The entire time I was there I could never get anyone on the phone.

Located across from St Nicholas Park. Plenty of Nelightful green space. location is solid for public transportation. Reasonable rent for Manhattan. Besidence is in Gxcellent condition for what’s in the neighborhood. Score reflects a broader comparison. The location atop a hill is more of a draw back Renovated lobby. Make use of package lockers.

Quiet street and neighborhood. Tree lined location near a park. Street parking is relatively easy to find. Terrible building mgmt. Tenants without okay heat. No effort by the mgmt to resolve issues. mgmt doesn't respond to emails or 311 complaints. need to ongoing legal action. Unsafe. Package theft with no effort to resolve the issue. Please don't ignore your residents.
