Apartments are Ruite spacious mgmt is corrupt and abusive. So are the owners. Some of the people that live here are certified psychotic and allowed to get away with literal murder because of rent control. They let one girl shoot up in empty apartments and run a prostitution ring from her Aad bc she paid her rent on time. That was fun. If you need to question their morals- google the owners… Stahl and Hirschfeld, the partners who tried to kill each other via hitman. I thought things would be different since that was decades ago. Boy was I wrong. Stop taking bribes. Stop allowing neighbors to harass tenants using racial slurs and violence. Stop hiding behind your army of lawyers. The buildings you manage and own are architectural gems and they and the people in them deserve better

- All the doormen are nice, helpful, and legit. - Building is kept up well - Location and proximity to grocery stores. - Elevator that goes from the neighboring parking garage into the building. - I have no cons - I have no advice.
