Unit G Pros: Super is very responsive to issues. Location is ideal. Neighbors aren’t annoying. My apartment gets great light. Cons: Barre3 is on the 2nd floor which means thumping bass music from roughly 6am-8pm most days. 6th ave can be a little loud. ConEd has been super annoying about trying to install a smart meter but there is literally no room by the meter so I am required to pay an additional fee each month to have someone read the meter.
