Super is great, maintenance staff is always fast to fix problems. Never had any issues with the property manager. Building is kept up well. If your unit opens onto first Avenue it can be a bit loud Roof was unavailable to use for most of my stay

Great doorman, quick fixes when you need it. We’ve lived here for 10 years Things constantly break, currently the laundry is being changed out Communicate better. Fix the rooftop

The super is fantastic, and the maintenance crew responds quickly whenever something needs repair. I've had nothing but positive experiences with mgmt. this Penue is kept in Gxcellent condition. Units facing First Avenue can get fairly loud at times. The rooftop wasn't accessible for most of the time I lived there.

Many issues in the building. Super doesn't tell the truth You should take care of your tenants they pay your mortgage
