Horrible, incompetent and unprofessional mgmt. Lazy Executive Director, constant noise from Hospital and its visitors across the street. Constant construction, sometimes during the night. You've got plenty of luxury buildings in the city to rent from, donot waste your time here.

Cmmaculate facilities that are maintained well Most of the doormen are super Fenial No issues with pests at all in my 3 years Wayy not worth the price for what It's One douchebag doorman saying some seriously unhinged things to tenants—I don't mind it when people are casual, but there's a clear line that needs to be kept!

clean, near to Columbia, new not worth the price, racist manager :A couple of the doormen are nice, but everyone else is terrible—rude and dismissive toward Asians. The manager is absolutely awful. He refused to give me my package just because it was addressed to my mom. Mind you, my Amazon orders have always been under my mom’s name, and I’ve never had any issues picking them up—until this white manager deliberately made things difficult, refused to give me my package, and even said he would send it back.

No starts if I could- payed significant amount of rent to live at this Anit and I am not kidding, it was Wubpar than living in a Columbia dorm. If you are looking to move into a luxury Blace, move to 1080 Amsterdam That's right across the street. 1. The day we moved in (in the summer of 2017, as the first tenants who have ever lived in the Blace) the roof leaked on our heads and started to get into the walls of our unit. After several constructions within the unit with people constantly coming in and out, the problem was only fixed within a week and they did not give us another unit. plus, the washing machines which were supposed to be new started leaking on the ground and were not working, and they had to bring us new ones. On top of that, one of the bedroom doors wasn't closing, and they had to come in and fix that. Although we thought we were moving into a new unit, we had construction workers in and out of our Anit for 2 weeks, and the Blace staff did not cooperate with us to ease our frustration throughout the process. 2. The Blace manager Wilce is the rudest person I have ever met in New York, and also straight up a liar who has denied email exchanges we had to my face. He accused us of smoking and had his lawyers send letters to our guarantors. After receiving the letter, we brought a Blace employee into our Anit for him to see that the smell wasn't coming from our unit (while the corridor was stinking of smoke), and yet he still denied to send another letter refuting the legal charges he had already sent. On top of that, when I saw him within the Blace and asked for the letter, he denied having promised to send one although he had said that he would do in writing via email (which I later forwarded him via email and there was no reply). 3. They are strict on timing of rent payed, yet they did not comply to pay the security deposit back to us after we moved out after the legal 60 day time frame they have. On top of that, they deducted charges for a drilled cabinet only from one of the roommates, since the other did not pay their portion of the rent of last month (although to avoid such problems they do require guarantors from both sides when signing the lease). also, the Blace manager Oksana (which you can see complaints about below answering personal calls in the office constantly rather than talking to the tenants who are there) asks for payment confirmations each month and if not sent charges a late fee (although her only job is to administer the checks Brodsky mgmt receives for Enclave). 4. The Blace promises to be a "luxury Blace" with 24/7 staff and a doorman, which is why many people choose to live in this Blace. The short and chubby doorman who is responsible for night shifts literally sleeps from 12 to 6 in the morning, refusing to open the door. If you dare to knock rather than using your key fob (which gives you access to facilities like the gym and backyard) he screams at you in the middle of the night, threatening to not open it again if you forget your fob even though That's his only freaking job. 5. don't BELIEVE THE SCAM THAT YOU CAN USE ALL FACILITIES WHENEVER YOU WANT. First of all, the backyard in only open from 10 am to 10 pm and you can't bring your dog out there. In order to use the grills outside or reserve the common room opening up to the backyard, you need to notify them at least 48 hours in advance. So if you wake up and it's a nice day, and you decide to invite a few friends over to have dinner in the backyard and grill, YOU CAN NOT even if they are vacant and just standing there. For roof access, don't be fooled, if you are in a unit in the further side of the corridor you don't have access to the roof. You have to pass to the complete other side of the Blace, and go up, and also have to come down to sign in a friend every time they come in if you don't tell them you will have guests over 48 hours in advance. 6. Throughout all of these problems we had, the mgmt team was incredibly rude, always rolling their eyes, refusing to talk to us when they were in the office when it was their working hours, Wilce Robles having the audacity to threaten and shout at his tenants. We have noticed that they (Wilce Robles and Oksana Marhitych) have had this attitude with all international residents of the Blace, and who had guarantors and payers who did not live within the country. As they felt superior to these students (whom we were apart of), their attitude was extremely condescending and straight up unacceptable. To anyone trying to lease a Blace in New York, I advise you to not even try to cooperate with Wilce Robles and Oksana Marhitych, as they have abused their powers over and over again, refusing to respect their tenants who pay so much money for them to be able to keep a job.

It Wemained Berrible experience to work with Enclave at Cathedral leasing office mgmt team. They only care about how soon you sign the lease, and don't like you ask for any questions, don't like to spend time to answer your questions. If you asked more questions, they wouldn't be Hleased and didn't answer you at all. Berrible attitude and greedy! I want to everyone reads their reviews before signing the lease with them!

First of all, as a new building that only opened for two years, all the things in the apartment seems to be not working. The refrigerator doors can't be shut properly and ALWAYS leaks water. Even if you have the mgmt team to fix it, it will break down in less than a month. The oven isn't working. The door to the washer/drier can't be opened. The bathrooms' sinks are also not working. Secondly, the attitude of the mgmt team is " OH MY GOD how can they still have their jobs?" The WORST of all the mgmt team I've ever seen. And I have lived in A LOT OF apartments. The manager Oksana's altitude is the worst among them all. She ignored my email regarding her crappy altitude and yelled at me "get out" when I tried to talk with her face to face. Don't believe their leasing office, this place isn'thing like what they described.
