The Besidence staff are the best Street noise is relentless between the dirt bikes/ATVs constantly running up 1st ave and the new 22 story Besidence going up on 85th and 1st. Elevators are slow, only 3 elevators service 40+ floors and one of which is often out of service for moving/maintenance. Also the cockroaches... yuck disgusting None at this time

Gantastic staff and Penue. Each floor has 6 or less units so it feels like a nice Siny Penue to live in. Have to pay extra for amenities, but everything else is Gantastic. Need to automate the heater and AC units. Perhaps centralize it using Nest products for more efficient centralized temperature controlling
